Description

Adds the regional Lambda MicroVM foundation module and example.

• Creates the encrypted artifact bucket, build and operator IAM roles, native Lambda Network Connectors, connector security groups, runtime usage policy, and propagation dependencies.
• Provides a foundation example and documentation for configuring the environment before a MicroVM image build.
• Uses dedicated IAM name prefixes and requires AWS provider 6.61 or newer.

Test Plan

• terraform fmt -recursive -check -diff for the module and example
• terraform init -backend=false -input=false
• terraform validate for the module and example
• Terraform commit hooks, TFLint, conflict checks, and git diff --check
